On the evening of Wednesday, December 4, a Fiat Tipo struck a pedestrian on Krylov Street in Mykolaiv.

This was reported by a correspondent from "Novosti-N" at the scene of the incident.

The Fiat was traveling on Krylov Street from the direction of Kurortna Street towards Industrial Street. Approximately 150 meters past the intersection, near the market, the Fiat hit a pedestrian who was crossing the street at an unmarked location from left to right in the direction of the vehicle's movement. As a result of the accident, the injured person sustained injuries and was taken away by an ambulance.

The driver of the Fiat told "Novosti-N" that there was a distinct smell of alcohol coming from the pedestrian.
