On Sunday, December 22, a video surfaced online showing a drunk employee of the Kovel Military Recruitment Center causing an accident by crashing into a vehicle carrying children.

The incident has already been officially addressed, as evidenced by a post on the Facebook page of the Volyn Regional Military Recruitment Center.

"The Kovel Military Recruitment Center confirms the occurrence of a traffic accident involving a serviceman of the institution, which happened due to driving a vehicle while intoxicated. Fortunately, no one involved in the incident was injured," - the statement reads.

It is noted that the fact of the accident was recorded by police officers, and the perpetrator will face legal consequences. In particular, the individual's driver's license will be revoked, and a fine will be imposed for driving under the influence. Additionally, the serviceman will face disciplinary action for violating military discipline.
