A Mitsubishi knocked down a road sign after colliding with a Volkswagen in Mykolaiv (photos available).

On the morning of Monday, March 3, a collision occurred between a Mitsubishi Colt and a Volkswagen Passat at the intersection of Pogranichnaya and 1st Slobodskaya streets in Mykolaiv.

This information was reported by a correspondent from "Novosti-N" at the scene.

A young woman driving the Mitsubishi, traveling along 1st Slobodskaya street from the direction of Igor Bedzaya (Chkalova) towards Kuznechnaya street, failed to yield to the Volkswagen, which was moving on Pogranichnaya street from the direction of Sadovaya street towards 3rd Slobodskaya street at the intersection. As a result of the impact, both vehicles were pushed off the roadway, and the Mitsubishi knocked down a traffic sign.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the accident, but both vehicles sustained mechanical damage.
