A Ukrainian was named the best young futsal player in the world for 2024.

Player of the Kyiv futsal club "Avrora" and the national team of Ukraine, Rostyslav Semenchenko, has received a prestigious individual award.

The athlete was recognized as the best young futsal player in the world for 2024 by Fut5al Planet.

The 21-year-old leader of "Avrora" received the award for the best young player in the Ukrainian championship last year, was named MVP of the Ukrainian Cup Final Four, and has repeatedly been honored as the "Best Player of the Month" in Ukraine.

In addition, Semenchenko also won bronze medals at the futsal World Championship with the national team and was named the third best player of the entire tournament.

In the 2014/15 season, while playing for "Avrora," Semenchenko scored 13 goals in 11 matches, helping the team confidently lead in the Ukrainian championship.
