According to the expert, an analysis reveals that the world, including the White House and the Kremlin, has made a decision regarding the Russian-Ukrainian war, and that decision is to wind down the military actions. Yes, he notes, some individual countries may say that they should fight until a victorious end, but then Trump will offer to finance all of that himself, and they will decline.

“As I understand it, the entire burden of budget financing will fall on the Federal Republic of Germany. That’s why the federal chancellor arrived here with a heavy suitcase. Everyone talks about nuclear weapons, but Germany does not possess nuclear weapons. Those were either his belongings or documents. It’s amusing; he came with his personal effects. Therefore, all of this—reconstruction and post-conflict world order after the war—will fall on Germany. Meanwhile, I see that the French are somewhat backing away from this, and the British are also stepping back,” notes Oleg Starikov.

Regarding the deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine, he argues that this is a serious escalation; the world is already at a pre-nuclear level, and if such a step is taken, the Russian-Ukrainian war could escalate into a Third World War. However, the expert notes that, as we know, the elected President Trump has no desire to spark a Third World War, so that won’t happen; everything is moving toward a conclusion.
