"Kyivstar is raising its rates but promises to offer more services and bonuses."

The largest mobile operator, "Kyivstar," is increasing its service fees by an average of 25%. In return, it promises to offer subscribers more services and bonuses.

This was reported by the press service of "Kyivstar" in response to a request from "Interfax-Ukraine."

It is noted that the company has revised the terms of some tariff plans for contract subscribers and will review additional prepaid tariffs by the end of the year.

"On average, the price will change by 25% from the cost of the tariff," the press service of "Kyivstar" stated.

At the same time, the company emphasizes that subscribers will receive more services in their tariff: extra minutes for calls to other networks, additional gigabytes of mobile internet, as well as the option to connect additional unlimited services.

Tariffs for some service packages have already changed. Additionally, a number of other tariff plans have been discontinued.

The company highlighted that subscribers can choose a different tariff that best meets their needs and capabilities.

The last increase before the current one occurred in April-May 2024 for some subscribers. However, some tariff plans had not changed for over a year, while several others had remained unchanged since the onset of the full-scale invasion by Russia, as clarified by the company.

The press service explained that the decision to adjust service costs was influenced by the increase in consumption volumes, the economic situation, and expenses for providing network services with alternative power sources.
