Dear colleagues! This day is an opportunity to express sincere gratitude to all those who, through their daily efforts, ensure the transparency of financial processes, protect the economy from criminal threats, and contribute to the strengthening of law and order.

Your work, especially in wartime, is extremely challenging yet highly responsible. Every day, you face new challenges that require quick decisions, adaptability, and impeccable professionalism.

First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the employees of the primary financial monitoring entities and representatives of civil society who uphold the standards of honesty and transparency in their activities and help implement best practices in financial monitoring.

I would especially like to recognize and congratulate the employees:

• Law enforcement agencies, standing guard over the law, investigate financial crimes and combat the spread of money laundering and terrorism financing;

• State financial monitoring entities that oversee and regulate compliance with legislation in the area of financial monitoring;

• Judicial bodies that guarantee fairness and justice in the fight against money laundering and terrorism financing;

• Legislative and other state bodies that actively engage in addressing issues related to financial monitoring;

• The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, which formulates state policy in the area of financial monitoring and the State Financial Monitoring Service, implementing this policy.

Thanks to your collaborative efforts, the financial monitoring system remains a reliable tool for protecting state and public interests.

I wish everyone professional success, good health, well-being, and new achievements for the benefit of Ukraine!

The financial monitoring system has become one of the key defensive shields of the state during the war. Its employees, uniting experience, knowledge, and unwavering will, not only combat financial crimes but also play a vital role in the struggle for Ukraine's independence. Their contribution to victory is invaluable.
