The family of 50-year-old Lviv Regional Council deputy Volodymyr Domansky, representing "European Solidarity," has amassed a significant amount of real estate and businesses during his five years as the head of the Bryukhovychi community. This is highlighted in an investigation by NGL.media.

Volodymyr Domansky served as the head of the Bryukhovychi community from 2015 to 2020, until the village joined the Lviv community. He initially took office with modest assets. As of 2016, according to his declaration, he owned an apartment in Lviv with a total area of 23 m², half of a house measuring 59 m² in Vola-Homuletska, 420,000 UAH in cash shared with his wife, and a stake in the company "Ninel." His annual salary as the community head at that time was only 140,000 UAH.

However, it wasn’t long before the family began acquiring new properties. Initially, these were small purchases. For instance, in 2017, his wife bought a car for 356,000 UAH, and a year later, she purchased an apartment for 500,000 UAH. By 2020, Kateryna Domanska owned a house in Bryukhovychi priced at 900,000 UAH.

During Volodymyr Domansky's tenure, real estate also began to appear in the names of his wife’s close relatives.

For example, her brother, 18-year-old Volodymyr Uskyi, purchased two plots in Bryukhovychi for half a million UAH, totaling over 25 "sotkas." At just 22, he spent 845,000 UAH on an apartment in a building on Lvivska Street, 24, which he recently sold for over 2 million UAH. The homeowners' association "Lvivske 24," which he managed until recently, is trying to acquire land here, presumably for a new residential complex.

Domansky's father-in-law, Vasyl Uskyi, became the owner of two commercial premises with areas of 118.5 m² and 53.5 m². In the smaller unit, located in the residential complex "Kazka," Kateryna Domanska opened a medical practice – "the first medical office Pokrova in Bryukhovychi." She obtained the relevant medical license on November 23, 2023.

In December of last year, Vasyl Uskyi, who works as a regular crane operator, purchased a hectare of land in the Yavoriv district for a symbolic 65,400 UAH from former Bryukhovychi village council deputy Roman Suvorov. Earlier that same year, Uskyi bought another 14 "sotkas" in Bryukhovychi for 1.3 million UAH, which at that time's NBU exchange rate equated to 35,000 USD, although that plot was listed on OLX for 90,000 USD. Now, these 14 "sotkas" along with the adjacent 6 "sotkas" are being sold for 260,000 USD, meaning Uskyi's parcel alone is being valued at 182,000 USD.

As collateral for the purchased plot, Vasyl Uskyi borrowed over a million UAH from his acquaintance Pavlo Nikitin. He was supposed to return the cash by December 6 of this year. The company where Nikitin is a co-owner was constructing a residential complex in Bryukhovychi on Shyroka Street – ЖК "Greenwood-3." This construction was permitted in the village during Domansky's leadership.

Maria Uskyi, Domansky's mother-in-law, borrowed money from Olena Nikitina, Pavlo's wife, this year, but significantly more – 6.2 million UAH.

The repayment of the debt is secured by a mortgage – an apartment measuring 139.6 m² in Lviv's residential complex "Sofiyivka." Maria Uskyi acquired the property rights to this apartment for 1.5 million UAH in 2020 while it was still under construction. In addition to this property, in August 2022, she bought two plots in Bryukhovychi at reduced prices.

Moreover, the Domansky couple borrowed nearly 2.3 million UAH, which was supposed to be repaid in 2022. However, judging by their income declarations, they clearly lacked such funds. In 2022, Domansky reported only 275,500 UAH in income, and his savings decreased by just 280,000 UAH.

Additionally, in 2021, Kateryna Domanska became the owner of real estate valued at over 5 million UAH, becoming the founder of the company "Ryasne-Service," which had recently acquired premises of nearly 400 m2 in Lviv.

Kateryna Domanska declined to speak with journalists about her business. Volodymyr Domansky briefly stated that "this was a long time ago," that his wife managed it, and that the premises "were definitely not expensive." According to him, they didn't actually purchase the premises – "there were some exchanges," but he couldn't recall the details.

Domansky also distanced himself from the company "D.S. Group," which listed his phone number in its registration data. This company is officially owned by his father-in-law Vasyl Uskyi. In the fall of 2022, Uskyi also registered as a private entrepreneur with the primary activity being "beverage service," again listing his son-in-law's contact number.

Domansky's mobile phone is also used by the company "Knyahynya," which is engaged in large-scale construction of a restaurant with a hotel in the Bryukhovychi park – officially located at Kurortna Street, 3.

Sources informed journalists that Volodymyr Domansky allegedly owns a restaurant in Lviv's Rynok Square – "Tavern Salvador." According to the establishment's Instagram page, it opened in early 2023.

It turned out that the restaurant's premises were leased by Kateryna Domanska's parents – Maria and Volodymyr Uskyi. This was confirmed by the property owner, Yaroslav Portukhai.

Volodymyr and Maria Uskyi received a tax license for retail alcohol sales at "Tavern Salvador." On November 4, such a license was revoked at Maria Uskyi's request, likely because Salvador recently ceased operations.

Volodymyr Domansky confirms that he invested money in the restaurant. It is precisely due to the restaurant that Domansky's latest declaration shows an income of 3.4 million UAH for 2023, compared to only 275,500 UAH in the previous year.

Recently, Kateryna Domanska's younger brother, 25-year-old Volodymyr Uskyi, began a new business. He registered as an entrepreneur and now drives a truck that his sister bought for him in the spring. The Domanskys, by the way, switched to a 2018 Jaguar I-Pace electric car this year, which cost over a million UAH and was acquired through leasing.

Recently, Uskyi married Lviv resident Violetta Nuraymt, who began purchasing land in Bryukhovychi at the age of 19. In December 2018, she acquired two plots totaling nearly 14 "sotkas." Interestingly, two unrelated land sellers were represented by the same 25-year-old resident of Bryukhovychi under power of attorney. The price for the land was also very symbolic.

At just 20, Nuraymt, according to YouControl, became the founder of a development company to which she transferred this plot on Kurortna Street. The company was initially named "Performance" and quickly changed hands to the owners of the "Emotion Holding !Fest."

The Bryukhovychi village council, under Domansky's leadership, allowed the construction, issuing urban planning conditions and limitations to the 20-year-old Violetta's company in August 2020, and by autumn, the company was already sold.

As for the second acquired plot, measuring 0.0854 hectares, the entrepreneur bought it for 140,000 UAH and sold it for nearly 1.7 million UAH. This land was also allocated for free during a session of the Bryukhovychi village council five months before the sale. Nuraymt declined to speak with journalists.

Domansky's father-in-law also established two more companies. In 2020,
