A plot of land near the hotel in Dubenshchyna was sold at auction for 10.2 million UAH.

On Thursday, January 30, an auction took place for the sale of 0.9 hectares of land in the town of Smyha, Dubno district. The plot is located near the Golden Lion hotel and restaurant complex and is designated for future development. The winning bid in the third round came from entrepreneur Viktor Sidliaruk, who offered 10.2 million UAH for the property.

The Smyha village council put the land up for sale on January 1, 2025. The starting price for the lot was set at 1.1 million UAH. The description of the property specified that it is located in the town of Smyha, Dubno district, covers an area of 0.9 hectares, and is intended for the construction and servicing of tourist infrastructure and public catering facilities.

The online auction took place on January 30 on the electronic trading platform Prozorro.Продажі, with two entrepreneurs competing – Volodymyr Babiy and Viktor Sidliaruk. The winning bid was made by Viktor Sidliaruk, who offered 10,200,000 UAH for the property. This amount exceeded the initial price by more than 8.8 times.

As clarified by the organizers of the auction to ZAXID.NET, the plot contested by the entrepreneurs is situated near the Golden Lion hotel and restaurant complex. According to the terms of the contract, the winner is obligated to utilize the land for its intended purpose.

Additionally, according to data from the analytical system YouControl, Viktor Sidliaruk has been registered as a private entrepreneur since April 2013 in the town of Smyha, Dubno district. The entrepreneur is involved in the transportation of cargo and timber harvesting.
