The High Anti-Corruption Court has extended the preventive measure of detention for the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission, Tetiana Krupa. The duration is set for 60 days, until March 23, 2025, inclusive.

This information was reported by the press service of the court.

“At the same time, the investigating judge has established a different amount for bail, which is set at 260 million UAH,” the statement reads.

It is noted that if the bail is posted in the amount determined by the investigating judge, it will be considered that a preventive measure in the form of bail has been chosen for the suspect.

According to information from VAKS, if the bail is posted, the suspect is obligated to appear at every request of the detective, prosecutor, investigating judge, or court, as well as to fulfill the following duties:

  • not to leave the city of Khmelnytsky without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor, or court;
  • to refrain from communicating with individuals specified in the court ruling;
  • to inform the investigator, prosecutor, or court of any change in their place of residence;
  • to surrender their passport for traveling abroad and other documents that permit exit from and entry into Ukraine to the authorized body.

Recall that in early October 2024, as part of the investigation into the illegal issuance of disability status to men attempting to evade mobilization, the employees of the State Bureau of Investigation conducted searches in the offices and residences of Tetiana Krupa and her close relatives. In the working office of the head of the MSEC, $100,000, forged medical documents, and lists of draft dodgers with names and fictitious diagnoses were discovered.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, as of October, 64 officials (MSEC) have been notified of suspicion. 4,106 disability conclusions issued based on forged documents have been annulled.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the court kept the head of the Khmelnytsky MSEC in custody but reduced the bail from 500 to 300 million UAH. The NABU suspects the official of illegal enrichment amounting to 137 million UAH.
