The Armed Forces of Ukraine have introduced a unified information platform called "In Touch." This platform is designed for military personnel as well as for the families of prisoners of war, missing persons, deceased, injured, and those released from captivity.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Information system services have consolidated all effective solutions from the state, non-governmental organizations, and businesses in the areas of legal, psychological, and medical support, education, recruitment, and benefits. In total, around 100 partners and service providers are involved in the platform.
Currently, the system has nine sections:
In the "Discount Map" section, there is an interactive map indicating various establishments, from optical shops to hair salons, that offer special promotions, programs, or advantageous deals for military personnel. Users can leave feedback or suggest new establishments. The authors promise to add them after verification.
The "Employment" section features job vacancies in civil-military cooperation units and support services, with a preference given to candidates who are military personnel released from captivity, individuals with disabilities, and those who wish to continue military service or have undergone relevant training.
"The platform is built on a system of continuous feedback. Therefore, the team wants to see how the mechanism performs, what its strengths and weaknesses will be. For the next few months after the launch, 'In Touch' will operate in test mode," stated the General Staff.
Currently, the platform is accessible from various devices: phones, tablets, or computers.
