A unified bus station registry is being launched in Ukraine.

The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, in collaboration with Ukrtransbezpeka, has initiated the creation of a unified register of bus stations. This electronic list will help organize the operations of bus stations and will be essential when opening new bus routes. 

The press service of the Ministry reported this information. 

Inclusion of a bus station in the unified register is a mandatory requirement for providing services to carriers and passengers. "The list of bus stations will be formed on an application basis and exclusively online. This significantly simplifies the process, makes it more convenient, and eliminates unnecessary bureaucracy," the ministry noted. 

To submit an application, it is necessary to:

• navigate to the website services.dsbt.gov.ua, log in via ID.GOV.UA using a qualified electronic signature;
• in the "Bus Stations" section, click the "ADD" button;
• enter the name of the bus station, specify the address, and fill in information about the characteristics of the facility, including the number of platforms and parking spaces, operating hours, availability of waiting rooms and restrooms, etc.;

It is also important to provide the correct registration number of the facility in the State Register of Property Rights, the agency emphasized. Next, you need to upload a document outlining the rules for providing services and conditions, including the cost of services and the procedure for their provision.

To send a request for verification, click the PUBLICATION button for this bus station and wait for the verification. The control of the submitted data will be carried out automatically through verification with other state registers. In case of errors, the owner can resubmit the correct information without any restrictions.
