Ukraine will develop an e-system for managing apartment buildings.

The government has adopted a resolution that will change the approach to managing apartment buildings. Over the next two years, the digital platform "Our Home" will be launched in the country, which will consolidate all relevant information about apartment buildings, their co-owners, homeowners associations (HOAs), and managers.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

"Previously, Ukraine lacked a tool that would store complete information about apartment buildings and documentation in a secure format. The 'Our Home' system will digitize the management process of buildings and make it more convenient and transparent," the statement said.

It was noted that simultaneously the state will receive an effective tool for collecting analytics regarding apartment buildings to make informed decisions in shaping housing policy. 

"'Our Home' will reduce corruption risks and minimize the impact of the human factor," emphasized the ministry.
