Starting from November this year, customers of "Ukrposhta" can top up their monobank payment cards at any company branch without any fees. This service is now available across Ukraine.
According to a statement from the company’s press service.
"The ability to top up cards at branches is convenient for our clients. They can easily and quickly perform transactions without the need to use cash-in ATMs or be limited to small amounts," said project manager Oleg Yudin.
The company noted that the new service will be beneficial for customers in remote areas where access to banking institutions may be limited.
According to co-founder of monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky, the collaboration with the postal operator started six months ago. "We didn’t really believe that we could reach an agreement with a state company. And rightly so. The conditions we received initially resembled those of a savings bank from 1995," he shared. After the intervention of CEO of "Ukrposhta" Igor Smilyansky, the processes, terms, and approach to partnership were altered, Gorokhovsky added.
Earlier, Mind reported that “Ukrposhta” is implementing automated sorting – parcels in regular cardboard boxes (not corrugated), with protruding surfaces, damage, dents, tears, or stains will not be accepted.
