The Ukrainian Defense Tech startup Frontline has raised $150,000 from the venture angel fund Angel One. The fund invested through a syndicate agreement.
This is stated in the company’s release.
The startup is developing solutions for the defense sector, such as the bomber drones "Lynza" and reconnaissance drones "Zoom," as well as combat robotic systems "Burya." The funds raised will accelerate production and increase the supply of products to the front.
Angel One has become the second fund to announce an investment agreement with the startup. In early December, Frontline also received $100,000 from the Estonian accelerator Startup Wise Guys.
In 2024, the Angel One Fund has invested in six Defense Tech and Dual-use Tech startups through syndicate agreements. Frontline has become the seventh investment of the fund. Previously, in an interview with Mind, the managing partner of Angel One, Ivan Petrenko, talked about two new agreements in the fund's portfolio.
