Ukraine has received $4.8 billion from the World Bank.

Ukraine has received $4.8 billion from the World Bank as part of the PEACE project.

Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported this.

"This is the largest investment project in the bank's history, initiated to support our country in implementing reforms in social and educational sectors, healthcare, agricultural producers, as well as recovery projects," he emphasized.

According to the Prime Minister, nearly $50 billion has been attracted through World Bank mechanisms during the full-scale war.

Background. Previously, Mind reported that the World Bank has provided Ukraine with over $40 billion since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. The funds were allocated, among other things, to finance social and humanitarian expenditures of the state budget.
