Explosions were reported in eight regions of Ukraine due to the elimination of Russian Shahed drones.

On the night of Tuesday, December 24, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 60 strike drones and other types of UAVs. This was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

During the night on Tuesday, the Russians launched drones from the directions of Bryansk, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk. In total, the enemy used 60 drones for the attack on Ukrainian cities.

The air defense forces shot down 36 UAVs in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Khmelnytskyi regions. Additionally, due to the active resistance of the Defense Forces, 23 enemy imitation drones were lost in specific locations.

It is known that in Khmelnytskyi region, as a result of the attack by Russian drones, houses, a car, and an outbuilding were damaged.

Recall that on the night of Monday, December 23, the Russians used 72 strike drones of the Shahed type and other UAVs from Bryansk and Oryol against Ukraine. During the attack, according to the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, Serhii Tiurin, equipment at a local enterprise was damaged. One person sustained injuries, but their condition is stable.
