In Turkey, a medical helicopter crashed into a hospital, resulting in four fatalities.

On Sunday, December 22, a medical helicopter crashed in the Turkish city of Muğla. All four individuals on board lost their lives. This was reported by the Turkish newspaper Hürriyet, as conveyed by "European Truth".

It has been noted that the helicopter took off from Muğla heading to Antalya for a medical evacuation of a patient. Immediately after takeoff, it collided with a hospital and crashed nearby. On board the helicopter were two pilots, one doctor, and one medical worker.

“The ambulance helicopter serving our ministry collided with a training-research hospital in Muğla during takeoff and crashed. As a result of the accident, four of our colleagues died,” stated a report from the Turkish Ministry of Health.

The Governor of Muğla, İdris Akbıyık, reported that authorities are conducting an investigation into the plane crash. He also noted that there was dense fog in the city at the time of the helicopter's takeoff.

It is worth recalling that on December 9, a military helicopter crashed during a training flight in the Turkish city of Isparta. All six military personnel on board the helicopter were killed in the accident.
