New services for veterans and families of the fallen will be introduced in the "Dii" app.

Starting today, the "Diia" portal has begun beta testing new electronic services for veterans and families of the deceased.

This was reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

The services pertain to obtaining the status of a person with a disability due to war and the status of a family member of a fallen (deceased) defender of Ukraine.

"These new services will minimize bureaucracy and simplify the process of obtaining statuses for veterans and their families. Veterans and families of the fallen (deceased) defenders will have a convenient application submission process for obtaining their status, while authorized personnel from local structural units on veteran policy will have an electronic cabinet for processing such applications," says Veterans Affairs Minister Natalia Kalmykova.
