The Antimonopoly Committee (AMC) has granted permission to LLC "Rush" to gain control over the subsidiary "SK Omega-1 Logistic".
This was reported by the AMC press service.
According to data from the Youcontrol portal, "SK Omega-1 Logistic" is owned by the Cypriot company "Yuri Holding Limited". The ultimate beneficiary is Tomas Fiala – the CEO and founder of the investment company Dragon Capital. "SK Omega-1 Logistic" owns a warehouse complex in Brovary, located at 8 Ob'yezna Road. The firm acquired it from Alfa-Bank (now Sens bank – Mind) in 2017.
LLC "Rush" is the managing company of the Eva store network. The ultimate beneficiaries are Ruslan Shostak and Valeriy Kiptyk.

The press service of LLC "RUSH" clarified in a comment to Mind that the company's management has not yet made a final decision regarding the purchase of the Dragon Capital complex. Currently, the management is exploring the aspects of a potential deal.
