He discussed this on his channel.

As the military personnel points out, today we are mobilizing economically active individuals, while those in positions of power remain officials who know nothing about the war. At the same time, they should be experiencing all the hardships and restrictions alongside the Ukrainian people. He adds this in reference to the discussion about aristocracy; although we are not under feudalism now, for some reason, the managers perceive Ukrainians as a resource to simply profit from.

“Who today should represent the elites? It should be professional, educated, conscientious individuals with leadership qualities who have demonstrated a state position. It turns out that those currently in managerial positions are not the right people; they have fled. The state position of the elites was shown by ordinary people—IT specialists, farmers, and common citizens who took up arms to defend the country. There were over 700,000 of them, and this was only limited by the availability of weapons,” explains Sviatoslav Dubina.

In his view, if the political elites wish to remain in power, they should not flee abroad or hide in Western Ukraine but share all the difficulties with the Ukrainians; otherwise, they are impostors.

“If everyone turned to face the war... Not just the economically active, not just the civilian population, but also those with managerial decision-making power. Everyone must turn to face the war,” emphasizes Sviatoslav Dubina.
