The ban on "jeeping" marks, without exaggeration, a new chapter in our environmental management. The path to the adoption of this law officially began with the launch of the petition "On Regulating Jeeping in Ukraine" in September 2022. And today, the law has been adopted in full.

"Jeeping" in protected areas pollutes the soil, destroys plant life, and harms wildlife. And today, the adoption of this law is a significant step towards European traditions of managing protected natural areas. Vehicle movement will partially remain only for the official duties of employees of environmental institutions, law enforcement agencies, and other services.

If you are offered the chance to enjoy the views of the national natural park and use an ATV to traverse natural territory – know that this is illegal.

The law banning "jeeping" has undergone a journey of over 2 years, has societal approval, and is supported by environmental organizations.
