Суд изъял у гражданки России почти гектар земли в Бусском районе.

The Buzhskyi District Court of Lviv Oblast granted the prosecutor's lawsuit and confiscated two plots of land located within the Buzhka community, which belonged to Russian citizen Hanna Kyrylenko. The regional prosecutor's office reported on the conclusion of the case review in court.

According to the prosecutor's office, the land in question is agricultural land with a total area of nearly 1 hectare, situated within the Buzhka territorial community.

It has been established that the Russian citizen inherited the aforementioned plots of land. After acquiring ownership rights, she leased them to an agricultural enterprise, for which she received payment. Since the ownership rights of Russian citizens over real estate in Ukraine contradict legal requirements, the Zolochiv District Prosecutor's Office filed a lawsuit,” the prosecutor's office stated.

The court fully upheld the prosecutor's lawsuit and confiscated two plots measuring 0.49 and 0.46 hectares in the village of Turya in the Buzhka community for the benefit of the state. The plots belonged to Russian citizen Hanna Kyrylenko and were leased by the private enterprise “Zakhidnyi Buh”.
