The Trostyanets village council sold a land plot of 0.24 hectares at an auction in the Prozorro.Sales system, located in the Sushchyn area of the village of Krasiv, which is 20 km from Lviv. The village of Krasiv is situated along the Kyiv-Chop highway, near the villages of Rakovets and Novosilka. Several recreational complexes and a tubing park are nearby.
The starting price for the plot was 820.8 thousand UAH, and it was sold for just 9.2 thousand UAH more. There were two participants in the auction: the wife of the former head of the State Geocadastre of Rivne region, Rozaliya Myhal, and an entrepreneur from Solonka, former deputy of the Pustomyty district council, Yuriy Zadorozhny.
Yuriy Zadorozhny emerged as the winner. The price per hundred square meters of land amounted to 34.5 thousand UAH, or 821 USD at the NBU exchange rate on the day of the auction. The designated purpose of the plot is for the construction and maintenance of a residential house, outbuildings, and facilities (a household plot).
Adjacent to the plot purchased by Yuriy Zadorozhny is the recreational complex "Polyana Kupil," owned by the entrepreneur and his business partner Oleg Lysokon. The plot of 0.89 hectares borders a forest and, according to the State Geocadastre, is classified as agricultural land.
According to the YouControl service, Oleg Lysokon and Yuriy Zadorozhny own the "Soniachna Polyana" farm in the village of Krasiv. There is no information available regarding the recreational complexes.
On the other side of Yuriy Zadorozhny's plot is a 0.65-hectare plot owned by his wife, Iryna Zadorozhna. This plot also borders a forest and was previously classified as agricultural land. However, last year, the Trostyanets village council changed its designation to land for individual summer cottage construction.
According to the detailed territorial plan for the plot, nine summer cottages, a service building, and a street are to be constructed here. It can be inferred that this may involve the construction or expansion of the nearby recreational complex, as it is unlikely that Iryna Zadorozhna will use all the summer cottages herself.
Incidentally, Iryna Zadorozhna operates as an individual entrepreneur in the restaurant and mobile food sectors. Among other things, she provides school meal services at Lviv Lyceum No. 66.
Yuriy Zadorozhny, besides the recreational business, owns a chain of stores called "Bohema-Market" in Solonka, which sells products from Europe. In 2010, Yuriy Zadorozhny was elected as a deputy of the Pustomyty district council from the "Pora" party, and in 2014 he was the head of the Pustomyty branch of the "Udar" party, but he was not re-elected as a deputy thereafter.
