Chancellor of Germany Olaf Scholz had a telephone conversation with Putin.

According to the Bundestag's website,

During the call, Scholz condemned the Russian invasion and discussed Russia's willingness to negotiate with Ukraine. He also emphasized Germany's readiness to support Ukraine in its struggle.

The Bundestag added that prior to his conversation with Putin, Scholz spoke separately with Volodymyr Zelensky. He also plans to do so again after his discussion with the Russian "president."
