In Russia, the Ryazan Oil Refinery is ablaze once again. This marks the second attack in just a few days.

Russian Telegram channels are reporting on this, with videos and photos published by Andriy Kovalенко, head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council.

Local residents mention a drone attack on the refinery, with around ten explosions heard on the night of January 26. By morning, the factory area was cordoned off, and ambulances were on standby.

Meanwhile, the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, has “reported” that air defense and electronic warfare systems intercepted all drones. He did not specify which facility was targeted by the drones but noted that there were no casualties, and material damages are being assessed.

The Russian Ministry of Defense also claimed to have “shot down everything,” including eight UAVs over the Ryazan region.

This is the second attack on the Ryazan Oil Refinery in the last few days. On the night of the previous attack, drones from the Security Service of Ukraine struck the "Ryazan Oil Refining Company" and the "Ryazan" oil pumping station, as reported by the General Staff. Fires broke out at the production facilities of the sites.
