Ingredients:

  • lavash – 1 piece;
  • herring fillet – 200 g;
  • eggs – 2 pieces;
  • cottage cheese – 300 g;
  • fresh dill.

Preparation method:

Boil the eggs hard. Cool, peel, and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the herring fillet into medium pieces. Rinse and dry the dill, as stated by TSN.

Lay the lavash on a work surface. Spread the cheese mixture over it. Distribute the eggs evenly across the lavash, leaving some space at the edges, sprinkle with dill, and place the herring pieces on top in a checkerboard pattern.

Roll the lavash into a log and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut into serving pieces.
