Russian occupiers launched a ballistic missile strike on Izium in the Kharkiv region, resulting in the deaths of five people and injuries to over 20 others.
According to a message on Telegram from the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (OVA), Oleg Synehubov,
“The Russians hit an administrative building. Another administrative building nearby was damaged, along with several high-rise residential buildings. There are no military facilities in this area,” Synehubov reported.
He noted that 24 individuals were hospitalized in Izium, including a 15-year-old girl who sustained shrapnel wounds and is in moderate condition.
