He discussed this in his blog.
First and foremost, the expert reminds us that Romania was quite fortunate during World War II; at the last moment, it joined the anti-Hitler coalition and was forgiven. Soviet troops did not advance further, even though they could have taken a piece of territory there. Additionally, he notes that Romania emerged from World War II with unjust territorial gains at the expense of countries like Hungary, which suffered losses.
“Therefore, Georgesku should keep quiet and read more carefully about what happened with some Romanian dictators. He would undoubtedly like to be a Romanian dictator, but that won't happen. If we start discussing Romania's historical lands, we could go far, and Romania could potentially shrink by at least a third in historical context,” asserts Alexander Musienko.
And, of course, he states, it is clear where the roots of Georgesku's statements lie – in the Kremlin, driven by Russian interests. Thus, Romanian law enforcement agencies should take action here. Furthermore, the expert notes that it is evident that Russia is attempting to destabilize EU unity through the governments of Fico in Slovakia, Orban in Hungary, and potentially Georgesku in Romania if he comes to power.
“Therefore, it is time for our partners, Western intelligence agencies, and special services to consider that these financial flows supporting these individuals need to be cut off, and their agents must be silenced. They should not be given access to information space. This is necessary because we see how Russian agents are infiltrating the borders with Ukraine from the EU,” warns Alexander Musienko.
As reported by Znay.ua, Musienko stated that Israel still does not understand that Russia is their adversary in the Middle East.
Znay.ua also reported that Karasev commented on the Trump-Putin negotiations: “There have already been some shifts”.
