A South Korean company will assist in training specialists in the field of construction technology.

The South Korean company will assist in the establishment of modern training and educational centers for vocational education aimed at preparing highly skilled technical specialists in the field of construction machinery. On January 27, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, in collaboration with “HD Hyundai XiteSolution,” signed a memorandum of cooperation. This joint initiative will aid in modernizing vocational education, contribute to the restoration of Ukraine's infrastructure, and enhance workforce qualifications.

The main objectives of the collaboration are:

• the implementation of international standards in educational programs;

• equipping training centers with modern machinery that meets Tier 4 Interim/Final standards;

• developing educational programs with the participation of the Korean Association of Construction Equipment Manufacturers;

• providing internship opportunities for Ukrainian specialists at the HD Hyundai Global Training Center in Korea.

Collaboration with HD Hyundai XiteSolution is a significant step towards modernizing the vocational education system and shaping a sustainable future for Ukraine», noted Dmitry Zavhorodny, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations, and Digitalization.

The launch of the training and educational centers is scheduled for July 2025.

HD Hyundai XiteSolution is a subsidiary of the HD Hyundai Group, specializing in the production of construction machinery. The official representation of the company in Ukraine was opened on January 28, 2025.
