On Tuesday, November 12, an auction was held for the sale of industrial premises located in the village of Bohdanivtsi in the Khmelnytskyi region. In the third round, the winning bid was made by the limited liability company "Cemix," which offered 77.7 million UAH for the property, a figure ten times higher than the starting price.
The regional council put the industrial premises in the village of Bohdanivtsi up for sale on October 23, 2024. The starting price for the lot was 7,235,414 UAH. The description of the property indicated that the winner would receive several blocks immediately – auxiliary services (555.6 m2), technical services (398.6 m2), and a material storage facility (528.1 m2). Additionally, there is a concrete platform, a fuel assembly area, a water supply system, machinery, etc. The designated use of the land plot is for the placement and operation of main, auxiliary, and supporting buildings and structures for enterprises in the processing, machine engineering, and other industries.
The online auction took place on November 12 on the electronic trading site Prozorro. Sales, with a total of three participants in the bidding. The winning bid was made by LLC "Cemix," which offered 77,777,777.77 UAH for the property. According to the protocol of the electronic trading, in addition to the stated amount, the winner must also pay VAT – 15.5 million UAH.
Furthermore, according to YouСontrol, the limited liability company "Cemix" was registered on July 10, 2018, in the Khmelnytskyi region and specializes in wholesale trade of timber, building materials, and sanitary-technical equipment. The company's director is Andrii Martynov.
