Disruptions in "Reserve+" were caused by protection mechanisms, not a cyberattack, according to Stefanishyna.

Following the attack, the Ministry of Justice reached out to other government agencies to implement cybersecurity measures.
Стефанішина сообщила, что сбои в «Резерв+» произошли из-за защитных механизмов, а не из-за кибератаки.

Issues with the "Reserve+" application may not have arisen due to a Russian hacker attack, but rather because of cybersecurity mechanisms.

Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna reported this, as transmitted by "Interfax-Ukraine".

According to her, the Ministry of Justice warned other government agencies about cybersecurity measures after a hacker attack on state registries occurred. She suggests that the "Reserve+" application may have been sent to "quarantine" to implement cybersecurity mechanisms.

In response to a question regarding what military conscripts should do about generating military accounting documents, Stefanishyna stated that the responsibility lies with the Ministry of Defense.

Background. Previously, Mind reported that in Ukraine, the operation of all registries of the Ministry of Justice was suspended due to a cyberattack. Currently, specialists are working on restoring the registries.
