An auction for the sale of a children's library building took place in the village of Sudylkiv, Shepetivka district. The winning bid in the third round came from entrepreneur Vitaliy Nyzhnyk, who offered 4.1 million UAH for the property.

The Sudylkiv Village Council announced the privatization of the former children's library building located on Heroiv Maidan Street on December 21, 2024. The starting price for the lot was set at 28,900 UAH. The description of the property indicated that its area is 98.6 square meters.

The online auction was held on January 2, 2025, on the electronic trading site Prozorro. Sales, with a total of seven participants taking part in the bidding. The winning bid was made by Vitaliy Nyzhnyk, who offered 4,100,001 UAH for the property. According to the protocol of the electronic trading, in addition to the stated amount, the winner is also required to pay VAT of 820,000 UAH.

Additionally, according to the analytical platform ClarityProject, Vitaliy Nyzhnyk has been registered as a private entrepreneur in Shepetivka since 2019. He engages in wholesale and retail trade in non-specialized stores.
