He discussed this in Valery Savchuk's author program "Different People".

The expert explains that future agreements regarding the end of the Russo-Ukrainian war will primarily concern global issues rather than Ukraine's interests—such as nuclear stability, armaments, and medium- and short-range missiles, among others.

“For a larger percentage of the Ukrainian population, this will be a shock, so we are taking calming pills. Realistically, I say, the war will end, it will all happen. That is, the war will conclude, our servicemen will stop dying, bombings will cease, and the country will gradually transition to peaceful life. However, again, Ukraine's problem will remain at the third, fourth, fifth, sixth level, well, at the second stage,” states Oleg Starikov.

In his view, negotiations between Trump and Putin are already underway, with certain decisions being made at a specific level. Naturally, the expert argues, it won’t be the case that Trump meets with Putin and they start hurling insults at each other; rather, there will be a meeting where one will speak for 15 minutes, then the other, and the foreign and defense ministers will sign something and inform us at a press conference.

“Therefore, everything is already in motion, and it’s happening very quickly—so quickly that we need to make sure we don’t miss it, to jump in,” emphasizes Oleg Starikov.

As reported by Zna.ua, Starikov spoke about the development of fighter drones in Ukraine: “It won’t be long now”.

Zna.ua also reported that Karasev discussed the tactics Trump will choose for negotiations with Putin.
