1. LEGISLATIVE ACTS THAT CAME INTO FORCE
Summary of Changes: In cases of exemption from serving a sentence with probation based on a plea agreement in criminal proceedings concerning corruption-related offenses, an additional punishment in the form of property confiscation may also be imposed, provided it is agreed upon by the parties involved in the agreement.
Summary of Changes: Servicemen of the State Border Guard Service, discharged from military service, are enlisted in the reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, except for servicemen of the intelligence agency of the central executive authority that implements state policy in border protection, who are enlisted in the reserve of the intelligence agency of the central executive authority responsible for state border protection.
