Nikolai Tomenko expressed outrage over Kivalov's shameless pension, criticizing the "weak and corrupt authorities of Ukraine."

Here, the journalists of "Obozrevatel" discovered the wealthiest pensioner in Ukraine. He turned out to be a fan of the "Russian world" and a decorated individual under Putin, Kuchma, and Yanukovych, Sergey Kivalov. However, the information that our millionaire pensioner is solely the president of the private International Humanitarian University from the Bahamas is incomplete. Sergey Kivalov, as the owner-president, congratulates you from the main page of the STATE National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the private Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law, founded in 2020. I wrote back in June last year about how patriots from the Ministry of Education and Science in 2024 agreed to open new branches for Kivalov's private university in Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Cherkasy to recruit more than a THOUSAND individuals for educational programs in "Law" and "Law Enforcement."

But the most interesting and sad part is different. Kivalov, as an ideologue of the "Russian world" and a fan of Putin and Kirill, not only managed to survive in Ukraine, which is at war with the Russian horde, but also to remain in the "elite" of the judicial system and higher education in the country, successfully suing for a pension of 3 million hryvnias a year!

Why did this happen?

Let me briefly remind you of the history of SHAME, POWERLESSNESS, and the SALE of the power and law enforcement system of Ukraine through the example of the attitude towards Kivalov.

2004.

Kivalov, as one of the main architects of Kuchma's oligarchy, is awarded all possible and impossible awards and titles, declaring Yanukovych as "president."

After the victory of the Orange Revolution, a criminal case is opened against him for election fraud.

2005.

President Yushchenko signs a photo for him with a gift wish, and subsequently, the head of the Central Election Commission, Shapoval, presents Kivalov with a certificate and a commemorative medal.

(For the sake of objectivity and impartiality, let’s also recall that Petro Poroshenko defended his candidate dissertation in Kivalov's Academy in 2002).

Thus, Kivalov becomes a "friend of power" again and opens a MONUMENT for himself in Odesa in 2007.

2010.

After Yanukovych's victory in the presidential elections, Kivalov, as the ideologue of "judicial reform," becomes the chairman of the Committee on Justice and co-author of the notorious Law on Regional Languages adopted in 2012.

2014.

After the "Revolution of Dignity," the SBU, led by Nalyvaichenko, opens a criminal investigation against Kivalov for separatism.

General Prosecutor Makhnitsky visits the Odesa Law Academy and receives an award from Kivalov, and then, already as a former prosecutor general, defends his dissertation at Kivalov's Academy.

Kivalov once again outmaneuvers the current power.

2019.

Kivalov maintains his informal influence over the judicial system and all positions at three universities, including with President Zelensky.

2023.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Zaluzhny, defends his dissertation at the Academy, where Kivalov remains as president and the real owner.

However, as the fighters against "Soviet rectors" from the Ministry of Education and Science help Kivalov prepare future lawyers and prosecutors in 2024, I mentioned at the beginning of the article.

As we can see, presidents come, go, and run away, while Kivalov remains ETERNAL.

For the tragedy of our party system is that the guiding and directing force has been and remains ONE PARTY – "MONEY IS EVERYTHING."
