The NABU and SAP have announced charges against MP Korymshkina for failing to declare her real estate holdings.

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) have announced suspicions against MP Iryna Koryshkina (formerly Allahverdiyeva) from the Servant of the People party for submitting false information in her e-declaration.

According to law enforcement officials, the MP's declaration for 2023 did not include information about a house and two plots of land that she was using.

The penalties outlined in the article include a fine ranging from four thousand to five thousand non-taxable minimums of citizen income (from 68,000 to 85,000 UAH – mind), community service for a period of one hundred fifty to two hundred forty hours, or restrictions or imprisonment for up to two years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in specific activities for up to three years.

In addition, Koryshkina is suspected of illegal enrichment – in October 2024, the SAP prosecutor announced the suspicion. According to the investigation, in 2021-2022, the MP acquired assets valued at over 20 million UAH that exceed her official income and savings during this period. The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) chose a preventive measure for her in the form of personal surety. The sureties are Head of the Servant of the People party Davyd Arakhamia and Head of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Vitaliy Kim.
