During a massive Russian attack on the morning of November 17, a missile struck an energy infrastructure facility in Volyn. This was reported by the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Rudnytskyi.
“Unfortunately, during the air alert, Volyn region experienced hits. The energy infrastructure was damaged. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or injuries. Currently, all relevant services are working, and efforts to mitigate the aftermath are ongoing,” the head of the OVA stated.
It is worth noting that during the night and morning of Sunday, November 17, Russia launched a massive strike on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Missiles of various types were fired from aircraft and ships. In some regions, emergency power outages were implemented.
In Lviv region, debris from a missile caused a fire in a garage and a vehicle, while in Rivne, there are reports of hits and potential disruptions to water supply.
