In Kyiv region, Russian drones have damaged a nine-story residential building.
In the night of Saturday, January 25, the Russian army attacked the Kyiv region with drones, resulting in destruction and subsequent fires. This was reported by the acting head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
According to Kalashnyk, as a result of the enemy attack, a nine-story residential building in one of the localities of the region was damaged.
“Balconies on the 4th to 8th floors were destroyed, and window frames were blown out. In one of the entrances, the ceiling of the stairway landing collapsed,” – the message states.

The head of the Kyiv region stated that the attacked new building was partially inhabited by residents. Currently, there is no information about any casualties.
In another area of Kyiv region, the fall of debris from a downed target caused a fire at a production facility covering an area of 600 m2. The fire has already been extinguished.
As clarified by the press service of the State Emergency Service, the fire at the production facility occurred in the Fastiv district.
Additionally, as a result of the enemy drone attack, balconies on the 5th to 9th floors of a residential building in the city of Vyshneve were destroyed.
“Emergency responders rescued three individuals from the 5th floor and two from the 7th floor of the building, including two children. Initially, there were no reported injuries,” – said the rescuers.
Updated at 11:44. The Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported that as a result of the drone attack in Vyshneve, six cars were also damaged, and windows of apartments in a neighboring building were shattered. There are no casualties among the population.
It’s worth noting that the day before, on January 24, due to a drone attack in Kyiv region, fires broke out in a ten-story building and a private house. Three people died, and there were also injuries.
