On the night of Thursday, November 14, Russian occupiers once again attacked Ukraine using strike drones. During the night, the occupiers launched 59 UAVs, reported the press service of the Air Force.
According to Ukrainian defenders, the Russians launched 59 Shahed-type drones and unidentified UAVs from the Russian region of Kursk across several Ukrainian regions. The downing of drones has been confirmed in at least four oblasts.
“As of 08:30, the downing of the 21st enemy UAV has been confirmed in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, and Kyiv regions. 38 enemy drones have been locally lost,” the press service of the Air Force reported.
It should be noted that the threat of enemy drone usage persisted from 19:00 on November 13. At that time, the Air Force reported on the entry of Russian UAVs into the airspace of the Sumy region.
Furthermore, as of 08:56, an air alert continues for the Kyiv and Zhytomyr regions. The press service of the Air Force did not specify how many drones are still in the airspace of the regions.
