A portion of the assets of the bankrupt pasta factory on Hordotska Street in Lviv has been sold. The production building, warehouse, and compressor were sold for 420 million UAH in total.
The Lviv pasta factory is located at Hordotska Street, 170, on a plot of 1.2 hectares, and has officially been in the process of liquidation due to bankruptcy since 2012. In December 2021, the factory's insolvency administrator Taras Puzyrnyi initiated the first auction for the factory's movable assets, which did not take place, leading to a decrease in the asset value from 260 million UAH to 1.3 million UAH. In February 2022, the movable assets of the factory were purchased by the Lviv company "Bonus Plus Invest." At that time, Taras Puzyrnyi clarified to ZAXID.NET that only the movable assets of the pasta factory were sold at the auction, as all buildings at the factory's address remained mortgaged to banking institutions.
In December 2024, the insolvency administrator put the production building, warehouse, and compressor of the former factory up for auction. The finished product warehouse building, after reconstruction, has an area of 1140 m2. This property is mortgaged to several banks. It was auctioned with a starting price of 200,000 UAH and was sold to LLC "Pik" for 120 million UAH. The company was registered in 2001 in Drohobych and belongs to Lviv resident Yurii Uihhelii.
The production building with an area of 2138 m2 was sold for 240 million UAH to the same company. Moreover, the starting price of the lot was also 200,000 UAH. The compressor building, measuring 91.2 m2, was purchased by LLC "Pik" for 100 million UAH. In total, the company acquired the buildings of the former Lviv pasta factory for 420 million UAH. In all three auctions, LLC "Pik" competed with another company, LLC "Bonus Plus Invest," among the founders of which was Yurii Uihhelii until 2020.
It is worth noting that the "Lviv Pasta Factory" began operations in Lviv during the Soviet period. In 1996, the enterprise was privatized and continued producing pasta. In 2010, the Lviv Economic Court began considering the bankruptcy case of the factory due to its failure to meet obligations to creditors. This case was reviewed by the court for over 11 years, and since 2012, the enterprise has officially been in a state of cessation.
The assets of the bankrupt pasta factory were placed in mortgage to secure the fulfillment of obligations to creditors amounting to 24.7 million UAH and 23.9 million UAH. In 2019, the Western Appellate Economic Court permitted the sale of the Lviv Pasta Factory's assets to partially settle the debt. In July 2019, state registrars re-registered the ownership rights to the real estate of the VAT "Lviv Pasta Factory" to LLC "Sitikom Estate." The former director of the factory, Yevhenii Hnatov, believes that the enterprise was seized from him by raiders.
