American comedian and television host Conan O'Brien will be the host of the Oscars ceremony, which is set to take place on March 2, 2025, announced the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The 2024 ceremony was hosted for the fourth time by comedian Jimmy Kimmel. Similarly, Whoopi Goldberg and Jack Lemmon have each hosted the ceremony four times. Johnny Carson hosted it five times, Billy Crystal nine times, and Bob Hope eleven times.
