The former fuel depot in Khmelnytskyi was sold at auction for 51 million UAH.

During the online auction, the price of the item increased fourteenfold.

On Friday, January 24, an auction was held for the sale of a former fuel warehouse in the village of Bohdanivka, Khmelnytskyi district. The winning bid in the third round came from LLC "Premium E," which offered 51 million UAH for the property.

The Khmelnytskyi Regional Council put the premises up for privatization on January 9, 2025. The starting price for the lot was set at 3.6 million UAH. In the property description, it was noted that it is located in the village of Bohdanivka and has an area of 1482.3 m2. The winner will receive not only several buildings but also workshops, garages, a fuel assembly area, water supply, utility rooms, and equipment.

The online auction took place on January 24 on the electronic trading platform Prozorro.Sales, with a total of four participants taking part in the bidding. The successful bid came from LLC "Premium E," which offered 51 million UAH for the property. This amount exceeded the initial price by more than 14 times.

According to data from YouControl, the limited liability company "Premium E" was registered in 2017 in Kherson and specializes in property leasing. The owner of the business is Mykola Panasiuk.

Additionally, it's worth noting that the premises were put up for sale for the second time. The first privatization auction took place on November 14 of last year. At that time, the winner was LLC "Cemix," which offered 77,777,777 UAH for the property, but the company did not pay the required amount.
