The Pechersk Court of Kyiv has extended the preventive measure for Roman Hrynkevych—detention until January 21, 2025. At the same time, the bail amount for the suspect has been reduced to 302 million UAH. This was reported to "Suspilne" by the suspect's lawyer.

Roman Hrynkevych and his father, Ihor Hrynkevych, are in custody on suspicion of creating and participating in a criminal organization, as well as fraud in a case regarding the supply of clothing for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On November 26, the Shevchenkivskyi Court of Kyiv extended Ihor Hrynkevych's detention until January 24 and set his bail at 298,258 thousand UAH. The court will later decide whether to extend or change the preventive measure.

On October 21, the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) announced the completion of the pre-trial investigation into the supply of substandard military clothing for the needs of the Armed Forces, amounting to over 1 billion UAH, involving Ihor Hrynkevych, his son Roman, and three other accomplices. Additionally, Ihor Hrynkevych attempted to bribe DBR leadership with 500 thousand dollars; this case has already been referred to court.

Within the framework of the proceedings, the court has seized all property belonging to the Hrynkevych family: five houses, seven apartments, eight cars, 18 plots of land, a motel, and a recreation complex. It later became known that Roman Hrynkevych owns property abroad, prompting the court to also seize his house in Prague. In light of public outcry, the Hrynkevych companies have begun to divest assets and re-register them to individuals close to the family.
