The Cabinet of Ministers has made several personnel changes within the state services. Two leaders have taken up their new positions.
According to a statement from government representative Taras Melnychuk in the Verkhovna Rada,
Ihor Borysovych Cherkaskyi has been dismissed from his role as head of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.
At the same time, the government has appointed:
- Mykola Pronin as the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine;
- Ruslan Kravchenko as the head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Mykola Pronin represented Ukraine in the Minsk negotiations regarding the war initiated by Russia in Ukraine. He led the Asset Detection and Search Department of ARMA in 2017 and was appointed Deputy Head of the agency in January 2020. In 2021, he became a member of the Council for Preventing and Counteracting the Legalization (Money Laundering) of Criminally Obtained Income, Terrorism Financing, and the Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.
On October 10, he was appointed head of the Poltava Regional State Administration by President Volodymyr Zelensky's decree.
On September 5, the Cabinet of Ministers recommended Pronin's candidacy for appointment. He replaced the previous head of the Regional State Administration, Dmytro Lunin, who was dismissed by the decree on October 10.
Ruslan Kravchenko was appointed head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration on April 10, 2023.
Before this, he served as the head of the Bucha District Prosecutor's Office, a position he held since March 15, 2021.
