The contractor firm ATB has purchased land for construction on the outskirts of Boryslav in the Lviv region.

On January 20, the private enterprise "Intra Lviv" sold a commercial land plot of 0.37 hectares on the outskirts of the city of Boryslav towards Truskavets through the electronic trading system Prozorro. Sales. The land was purchased by a company from Dnipro.

The plot in Boryslav is designated for the construction and maintenance of commercial buildings. The starting price for the lot was 1.5 million UAH. Two participants competed for it – LLC "Ukrainian Auction Company" from Kyiv and LLC "Orion Bud Dnipro" from Dnipro. The latter offered 3.9 million UAH and won the bid.

Thus, the price per hundred square meters of land on the outskirts of Boryslav amounted to 106.45 thousand UAH or 2.5 thousand dollars at the NBU exchange rate on the day of the auction.

According to the service YouControl, LLC "Orion Bud Dnipro" is registered in Dnipro. Its owner is Denys Synenko, who was mentioned in a journalistic investigation regarding illegal construction in Bryukhovychi by relatives of a co-owner of the ATB network. The company was also involved in an investigation about the reconstruction of a store in the network without proper permits – it was the contractor performing the works. Denys Synenko also owns the companies "Fursy-Retail", "Lubny AP", and "Yatab". All of them are registered in Dnipro.

Additionally, it should be noted that the firm "Intra Lviv", which sold the plot, is connected to Lviv businessman Roman Doshak.

We remind you that earlier LLC "Trident GeoInvest Ukraine" from the ATB group bought assets of the gas concrete production confiscated from the Russians. This refers to LLC "AEROK", whose unfinished plant is located in Stryi.
