The Nikolai Tomenko Foundation "Ridna Kraina" provided Christmas and New Year support to the soldiers, rescuers, and children of heroic Kherson region.

This year, representatives of the Foundation visited the region's rescuers and delivered 600 gifts to the families of State Emergency Service employees.

Meaningful and sweet gifts were also given to the children of the Chernobaevka community. The Kyiv delegation, along with the head of the Kherson District Military Administration, Mykhailo Lynetskyi, visited the village of Kyseliivka, where they interacted with and congratulated the schoolchildren, as well as donated the latest Ukrainian book editions from national publishing houses to the school library. The military personnel currently defending Kherson region also received attention from the benefactors.

For one of the military units, the "Rідна країна" Foundation delivered philosophical, health-related, and food assistance.

The founder of the Foundation, Mykola Tomenko, believes that the front-line areas of our country require special attention. He is convinced that our trips represent not only philanthropic support but also patriotic and educational activities that demonstrate the unity of our people and the desire to protect and preserve a unified, integral Ukraine.

The current Christmas and New Year visit of the "Rідна країна" Foundation was organized with the help of co-founder of the charitable Foundation for Youth Initiatives "Hope," Victoria Prisyazhnyuk, head of JSC "YURIYA," Vitaliy Pustovyt, and chairman of the State Committee for Television and Radio, Oleg Nalyvaiko.
