This simple yet delicious appetizer will be a true hit on your festive menu. Tender mushrooms filled with gooey cheese, sautéed onions, garlic, and sour cream will captivate your guests, and this recipe is sure to get noticed.

Ingredients:

  • mushrooms – 10-12 pcs;
  • onion – 1 pc;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • salt, pepper – to taste;
  • oil – 2 tbsp.

Preparation method:

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them into small cubes. Peel the onion and also dice it, writes chef Yevhen Klopotenko.

Heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil, add the chopped mushroom stems with the onion, crushed garlic clove, and sauté them for 5 minutes. Remove the vegetables from the heat and transfer them to a bowl.

Add 50 g of cheese, 1 tbsp of sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste to the vegetables. Mix the filling and stuff it into the mushrooms.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle them with 50 g of grated cheese, and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
