The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has appointed former head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Ruslan Kravchenko, as the head of the State Tax Service, while the former head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Filip Pronin, has been appointed as the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service. This was reported on December 31 via Telegram by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
34-year-old Ruslan Kravchenko led the Kyiv Regional State Administration from April 10, 2023, until December 28, 2024. Recently, it became known that the Cabinet approved his resignation based on his submitted request, and President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the corresponding decree. However, on Tuesday, December 31, Ruslan Kravchenko received a leadership position in the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
At the same time, Filip Pronin, who was dismissed on the same day as Ruslan Kravchenko, was appointed as the head of the State Financial Monitoring Service on December 31.
Additionally, Ruslan Kravchenko was born on March 14, 1990, in the city of Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk region. From 2007 to 2012, he studied at the Military Law Faculty of the National University of "Yaroslav Mudryi Law Academy of Ukraine." He later held various positions in the prosecutor's office and served as the head of the Bucha District Prosecutor's Office for two years. He has been awarded the Order of Merit III degree.
Filip Pronin was born on September 29, 1982, in the city of Kyiv. In 2005, he graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in "International Economics," and in 2018 he became a graduate of the Financial and Legal College. In 2017, he headed the Asset Detection and Search Department at ARMA, and in January 2020, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Agency. He was appointed head of the Poltava Regional State Administration on October 10, 2023.
