A volunteer lesson program has been developed for students in grades 5-7.

For students in grades 5-7, a "School Volunteer Lesson" will be held. It will cover the types and principles of volunteer activities. This knowledge is intended to inspire students to address social issues in their city, community, and country, writes НУШ. Relevant methodological materials have been developed for educators.

The initiative's authors are representatives of the public organization "Ukrainian Volunteer Service."

“Our youth did not choose the times in which they are growing up. Despite the challenges of war, they find the courage and strength to learn and develop in Ukraine. Right now, we must support them in every way we can and show that they should embrace this trend for their future and for the next generations,” said Anna Bondarenko, founder and head of the "Ukrainian Volunteer Service," to НУШ.

To organize such a lesson, a plan, methodological guide, and presentation have been created. Anyone can download them. The materials for middle school students have been developed considering the age characteristics of children and teaching methodologies. Teachers can adapt them to the classroom conditions, as well as to online or offline lesson formats.
